Almost 40 participants gathered at the Hyperfit USA facility to learn more about the Olympic Lifts over the weekend by attending the Level 1 Course.

Instructing was Mark Cannella, the Head Coach of the Columbus Weightlifting Club, Coach Dan Bell and athletes, Nicole McDonald, Chelsea Kyle and Drew Dillon who spent the weekend working with a great group of enthusiastic participants in Ann Arbor.

Kudos to all that increased their knowledge of the quick lifts.
